The Spanish Grand prix in the new Madrid circuit was held at 13th September which saw the drivers back on the race track. After the qualifications races on Saturday 12th September the front three on pole were the first three on the start of the race .Lando Norris was first on the lineup of the race start then Kimi Antonelli and then Max verstappen.
Lewis Hamilton got his first DNF and this makes him to earn 0 points making him be third on the Driver standings. His longest streak without having a DNF comes to an end at the 13th race without DNF . His fellow teammate Charles Leclerc finishes fourth in the grand prix and George Russell finishes fifth.
Lando Norris was unlucky after virtual safety car was deployed after Lance stroll car suffered a problem making him not to pit after the virtual safety car was deployed after him passing the pit stop . He later potted on this making him to surrender p1 to Kimi Antonelli and p2 to Max Verstappen he clinched p3.
Kimi Antonelli wins his 8 Grand prix win in his second season in f1. He leads the driver standings with 292 points followed by his teammate George Russell with 211 points and Lewis Hamilton third with 191 points . The team standings sees Mercedes with 503 points then Ferrari with 358 then McLaren with 306 that is first, second and third respectively.
