Weekend fixtures coming up this week
Arsenal vs Leeds
This will be a cracker as arsenal come into this game on the brink of a 3-nil defeat to Brighton before the international break. Meanwhile Leeds come into this game as the unbeaten side. Mikel Arteta’s side will wish to return to winning ways.
Aston villa vs Brentford
Villa come into this fixture after a thrilling away game out against Tottenham. After winning their first game of the season against spurs, the Villains are again tasked with Keith Andrews men who mare unbeaten so far this season, after a 3 nil dominant display against Chelsea before the international break.
Chelsea vs Bournemouth
This is another B’s encounter as this fixture posses a key threat to Xabi Alonso’s men as they once again face a side that is well organized with a low block and are so good at a counter. With injury concerns for Pedro and Cole palmer among others. Chelsea will have homework to do.
Ipswich vs Fulham
With only two wins since the start of the campaign Ipswich will be hopping to add a third win of the season against Fulham who are yet to get a win this weekend. They were close to that against Manchester united but their lead was wiped out by Cunha at the 88th minute leaving them still searching for their first win of the season.
Sunderland vs Brighton
This will be a juicy encounter with Brighton posing a far better attack this season even after selling their main striker Danny Welbeck to Chelsea. Brighton’s only defeat this season came against Chelsea in match-week two, while Sunderland last win came against Fulham in the same match-week making this game a one to watch.
Manchester United vs Spurs
Featuring teams that have almost an identical record, the only difference is that Manchester united have only one win this season, Spurs come into this game with high hopes as they hope Carrick’s men will still have the same lapse in concentration just as like they did before the break. This is Saturday’s main event.
